Jane Lee (Bright) Mullis was born on September 19, 1956 to John Henry Bright and Ruby Lee (Taylor) Bright. Jane grew up in Laurel, Maryland, then in 2001, moved to Jessup, Maryland and to Frederick County in 2014 to be closer to her family there.
Jane was employed by AT&T for many years.
Jane is survived by a son, a daughter and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, a brother David Bright and a step-son Billy Mullis.
