Alfred J. Brisbois passed away Monday morning, Jan. 12, 1981, at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. Age 86 years. He was born Jan. 18, 1894, in Bay City. He married Isabel C. Morrison on Feb. 27, 1921, in Bay City. She passed away Dec. 28, 1972. He was a member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church. He was a former member of the Serra Club; and of The Germania of Saginaw. He retired as a purchasing agent from Central Foundry in 1959. He was presently employed by Brisbois and Sturtz. Surviving are one son, James A. Brisbois, Saginaw; five grandchildren, William A.; and James A. Brisbois, Jr., both of Saginaw; Peter B.; and John Brisbois, both living in CA; Holly Rene Brisbois, CO; one sister, Mrs. Joseph Brisbois, Detroit.
Funeral service will take place 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the McIntyre Chapel, 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Rev. Henry P. DuRussel will officiate, with burial in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 2:00p.m. Tuesday where they will meet with relatives at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday for a prayer service.
