Died at 1 p.m. Sunday, October 4, 1981 in Belle Chase. He was 57, a native of White Castle and resident of Plaquemine. He was employed at Memaca Petroleum Company and served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Visiting at Wilbert Funeral Home, Plaquemine, from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. Religious services at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, Plaquemine. Burial in Grace Memorial Park. Survived by his wife, Vivian Mary Seneca Olano, Plaquemine; two daughters, Mrs.Trula Miranda, Baton Rouge and Mrs. Janis Brown, Brusly; five sisters, Theresa Monson, Port Allen, Pearl Dupree, Plaquemine, Virginia Olano, Belle Chase, Carrie Bladsucker, and Mary Olano, both of New Orleans; two granddaughters, both of Baton Rouge.
