She was the widow of Edward McIntyre.
Born December 22, 1913 in Vermilion County, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Edith Deck.
She lived in Arlington, Virginia from 1936 to 1966 and in Damascus Maryland from 1966 until 1990 when she moved to Frederick.
She was a member of Montgomery United Methodist Church and Christ United Methodist Church, Ballenger Creek, Frederick.
Surviving are two daughters, Jean Fair and husband Reverend Roger Fair of Damascus, and Pamela Beale of Frederick. Also, surviving are three grandchildren, Michelle Bowman, David Fair and wife Noreen and Charles Tong and six great grandchildren, Valerie, Cassie, Andrew, Corwin, Timothy and Hunter; and one great great-grandson, Sean.
A memorial service of Christian Celebration will be held July 24 at 3:00pm at Montgomery United Methodist Church, 28325 Kemptown Road, Damascus, Maryland. Contributions may be made to Montgomery Methodist Church or Hospice of Frederick County, 516 Trail Avenue, Frederick Maryland, 21702.
Dwilla was a faithful Christian and a joy to all who knew her.
