Vernon “Andy” Eugene Anderson, age 78 of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at NHC of Tullahoma. He was born in Atkinson, Nebraska on February 24, 1939 to the late Chester and Dorothy Lee Anderson. Andy served in the United States Air Force and later retired from Goodrich. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, working with wood and leather. A true Christian Man, Andy was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church where he served on several church committees. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Dean Anderson and Gerald Anderson. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Wednesday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 15, 2017 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Carl Tucker officiating.
