W. W. Baker, 73, of Magnolia, died Dec. 15 in Magnolia. He was a retired employee of longino, Goode $ Lye, a member of First Baptist Church of MAgnolia, and a life-lng resident of Columbia County.
Funeral Services were held tues., Dec. 17 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel, Dr. John Adams officiated, assisted by Bro. Raymond Cammack and Bobbie Tucker. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Ina Beene Baker; two sons, Clarence E. Baker of Ft. Smith, Ark., and Alvin N. Baker of Melbourne , Fla.; one daughter, JoAnn Timmons of Minden, LA.; one brother, William Doyle Baker od Calhoun, Ark., and 6 grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Dr. Willis T. Beene, Donald BAker, David Baker, Roger A. Fincher, Marvin Wynn, Rev. Gwendol Standfield, Jimmy Wallace, and Mike Kinnard.
Honorary pallbearers were Brooks Young, Cecil Dennis, Jr., C. D. Hill, Thomas Roberson, Delwin Ross, Archie Gaithwright, Rodney Chambers, Arthur Kirkpatrick, and Dr. Rodney Griffin.
