Morris C. Arguelles, Sr., 84, of Biloxi died 8/18/05. Services will be 8/22/05 at 1 pm at Howard Ave Bradford-O'Keefe where friends may visit from 10am until service time. Burial in The Biloxi National.

Mr. Morris C. Arguelles, Sr., 84, of Biloxi, MS, died Thursday, August 18, 2005, in Biloxi.

Mr. Arguelles was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran of WW II and a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church. He worked as a commercial fisherman for many years and, up until his retirement, he was a boat captain for Western Geophysical Seismograph of Galveston, Texas.

Mr. Arguelles was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia O'Brian Ford and 3 brothers, Joe Arguelles, Jack Arguelles and Ivan Arguelles.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, May Lesso Arguelles; one son, Morris C. Arguelles, Jr. both of Biloxi; a daughter, Tanya Young and her husband, Leon, of McClain, Virginia; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, August 22, 2005, at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi where friends may visit from 10 a.m. till service time. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
