"Mrs Jennie Chelton, 87, of Corry, RD 1, died suddenly last evening at her home. She was born Oct 5, 1869, in Concord Township, a daughter of Walter and Mary Ludden Fralick. On Feb 24, 1886, she was married to Joseph Chelton, who died Sept 29, 1950. Mrs Chelton had lived at her present address since her marriage and had spent her entire life in Concord Township. She leaves two daughters, Mrs Clyde Hallett of Leon, NY, and Mrs Axel Lindstrom of Clymer, NY; two sons, Elwyn and Vern Chelton of Corry, RD 1; 21 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and a brother, Dell Fralick of Corry, RD 1. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Florence, in 1915 (sic) [1913], and a son, Earl, in 1951. Funeral arrangements in charge of the Torrey and Hays Funeral Home in Spartansburg, are incomplete."
