Portsmouth - Lora Mae Webster, 95, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017. Lora was born on July 8, 1921 the daughter of the late Leroy and Sarah Ester Pate Allsbrook in Goldsboro, NC. Lora graduated from Craddock High School and attended Radford University. After college, Lora went on to work as an Administrative Assistant for Navy Relief. Lora was a member of Centenary Methodist Church in Portsmouth.
In addition to her parents, Lora was predeceased by her husband John Webster and grandson Shawn Mauney. Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Sally Bussaco from Portsmouth and Jane Webster from Wilmington, NC; three grandchildren, Keith, Kevin and Kim; five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Olive Branch Cemetery in Portsmouth.
