Edna Adams, 96, of Claude died Friday, May 26, 2017. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Claude Cemetery. Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Edna Adams, 96, of Claude died Friday, May 26, 2017.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Claude Cemetery in Claude with the Rev. Kevin Deckard, associate pastor of Polk St. United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Edna was born Sept. 18, 1920, in Claude to Prentice and Effie Adams. She worked for Diamond Shamrock for many years. Edna was a member of Claude United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two nieces, Cherry Marshall and Janet Palmer; three nephews, Jackie Adams, Maury Adams and Eric Swanson; and numerous cousins and extended family.
