Thomas Frank Spencer, age 69, of Rocky Mount died Friday night at his home. A native of Franklin County he was born March 27, 1922, a son of the late Thomas Green Spencer and the late Bulah Ingram Spencer.
He was a veteran of World War II. He is survived by three brothers, Elmer and Noel Spencer, both of Roanoke; Kenneth Spencer, Pulaski; three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Davis, Rocky Mount; Mrs. Myrtle Camper, Buchanan; Mrs. Bulah Felts, Norfolk.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Beatrice Hutchinson. Graveside services will be held Sunday at 4:00 p.m. at the Franklin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 until 3:00 at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home in Rocky Mount.
