Effie V. (Fogle) Otto, 91, of Pleasant Acres, a former nurse's aide, died 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1982, at Memorial Osteopathic Hospital.
The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Viewing will be 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Born in Carroll County, Md., daughter of the late Eli and Matilda (Angel) Fogle, she attended Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Loyal Order of the Moose.
Surviving are three sons, George L. Otto of Lantana, Fla.; Chester D. Ott of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Kenneth M. Otto of Baltimore, Md.; three daughters, Dae L. Seitz of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Charlotte V. Spriggs of Coral Springs, Fla.; and Bety M. Schiding of York; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Officiating will be the Rev. Gerhard L. Luecke, pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
