She was born in Middletown, January 23, 1936, the daughter of Olaf and Lola Miller.
She had worked with her father at farming at the age of 9 and continued through her life. In 1950 she began working at the Middletown Canning Factory and continued farming and babysitting into 1952. In 1954 she began work at the Harry Wolf Agency and at the age of 19 moved to Kansas working for the Central Technical Institute running the mailroom.
She began in the service department of Glasco Corporation in 1957 and worked at the Wichita Medical Clinic as a skip tracer, secretary for Ellfeldt Machinery and Kansas Masonic Digest.
in 1961 she worked part time at Fadely's Grocery, the post office and a cabinet shop all in Sulphur Springs.
She worked in the Henry County Health Department from 1963-1968, Brooks foods in 1968, a tack shop in 1969 and was Henry County Clerk of Circuit Court from 1976-78.
she was office manager of UAW Legal services and a legal Secretary for Shirey and Edwards Law partners from 1990-95.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles "Dick" Doyle in 2012 and a brother: Donald Terry Miller.
She is survived by two sons: Darren Rader of Anderson and Todd (Terry) Rader of New Castle, step children: Charles Richard Doyle II of Saratoga, IN, Julia Landis (Allen) of Muncie, Melanie Griner (Jim) of Muncie, Lisa Beatrice (Joe) of Parker City, Beverly Drown of Albany and Russell Doyle (Jamie) of Middletown, 1 sister: Bonnie Marie Bell (David) of Middletown, grandchildren: Alan (Rachel) Rader of New Castle, Darcy Rader of Hagerstown, 3 great grandchildren: Kassady, Kyle and Zoe Rader4 step grandchildren: Jordan, Lyndsey, Kathryn, and Logan Doyle, several nieces and nephews.
