Mrs. Nellie Leota Cannon, 61, died at 12:20 a. m. Saturday at her home, 1628 North Sixteenth Street.
Funeral services will be held at the China Spring Methodist Church at 3 p.m. Sunday, Rev. G. P. Comer and Rev. J. V. Baird officiating, burial in China Spring cemetery.
Survivors are: Her husband, E. C. Cannon: six daughters, Mrs. S. P. Fitzer of Houston, Mrs. Agnes Cannon of Waco, Mrs. E. A. Swaner of Waco, Mrs. J. C. Breedlove of Waco, Miss Vivian Cannon of Waco, Mrs. G. K. Cunningham of China Spring: two sons, F. A. Cannon of Waco, Carroll F. Cannon U. S. Army; two brothers, Ross Jay and Hubert Jay of China Spring: five sisters, Mrs. S. M. Neeley of Waco, Miss Sallie Jay of China Spring, Mrs. R. L. Crawford of China Spring, Mrs. Ethel Chapman of Oklahoma, Mrs. Sam Brown of Alto, Texas.
Pallbearers will be: H. G. Pierce, H. H. Grayson, F. N. Stolte, Clarence Reid, W. H. Swaner, H. C. Perry.
Mrs. Cannon was born in Arkansas, and had lived in McLennan County practically all her life.
