June M. Shook, age 80, of Montpelier, Ohio, died at 3:21 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers- Bryan. June was a member of the Bryan First Church of Christ. She worked as a bank teller at Citizen’s Bank, National City and retired from PNC Bank. June sold Tupperware for 20 years, volunteered at the Church Women United Thrift Store and was a poll worker for many years. She enjoyed going to auctions and antiquing.
Born June 26, 1936 in Bryan, Ohio, June was the daughter of Clarence W. and Lucille (Brannan) Finken. She married Roland T. “R.T”. Shook on April 30, 1955 in Angola, Indiana and he preceded her in death on October 14, 2007.
June is survived by three sons, Michael (Ruth) Shook, of Montpelier, Robin (Donna) Shook and Bruce (Stephanie) Shook, both of Bryan, Ohio, one daughter, Lori (Tim) Pierce, of Dalton Pennsylvania, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Services for June M. Shook, will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, May 22, 2017, in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio with Pastor Homer Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery in Bryan. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home in Bryan from 1:00-5:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 21, 2017.
