Obituary for David Alvin Richmond
Mr. David A. Richmond, age 64, of Oneida, TN, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at Select Specialty Hospital in Powell, TN. Born June 26, 1952, in Pine Knot, KY, he was the son of the late Herman L. and Flossie Hatfield Richmond.
In addition to this parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Foster Richmond; three brothers, James L. (Tom) Richmond, Henry C. Richmond, and Jerry R. Richmond; four sisters, Lou Walker Morris, Roberta Lay Perkins, Faye Crabtree, and Virginia Stephens.
He is survived by his fiancé, Carol Hamblen; sisters, Lucy Richmond, Linda Richmond, and Donna Stephens and husband Johnny; a very special brother-in-law, Bill Crabtree; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends that loved him.
Graveside service will be conducted on Friday, May 19, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. in the Carson Memorial Park in Oneida, with Ray Cowan officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville is in charge of final arrangements for Mr. David A. Richmond.
