Earline Beatrice Armstrong, 75, died at 6:05 a.m. Friday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center after a long illness.

Services will be at Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with the Rev. John R. Christian officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

A native of Trigg County, she was born May 30, 1906, the daughter of the late James and Sara Sautenben Cobb. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Baptist church.

Her husband, William Armstrong, died in 1975. One daughter, Emma Dee Armstrong, died in 1934.

Survivors include, a son, Billy J. Armstrong, and two daughters, Mrs. Edgar (Mattie) Bagby Jr. and Mrs. Jack (Christie) Tinsley, all of Hopkinsville; one brother, Roy Cobb, Big Rock, Tenn.; one sister, Mrs. C.C. Wortham, Clarksville, Tenn.; and six grandchildren.
