KITTIE J. BERREMAN

Mrs. Kittie J. Berreman of Washougal
died in Vancouver Dec. 23 at the age of 74.
Born March 6, 1880, in Osage, Iowa,
Mrs. Berreman had lived in this district for
34 years where she was a member of the
Latter Day Saints church.

Funeral services were held Monday,
Dec. 27, in the Stoller Roselight Chapel with
Bishop Roy Naillon officiating. Mrs. Anna
Mettler and Mrs. Mary Ells sang What a
Friend We Have in Jesus and Nearer My
God to Thee. Mrs. Dorothy Newby was
organist.

Concluding services and vault interment
were in the Washougal Memorial cemetery.

She is survived by four sons, Willis,
Arvie and Leonard Berreman, all of
Washougal, and Everett of Kettle Falls,
Wn.; three daughters, Mrs. Mildred
Ashdown, Petaluma, Calif., Mrs. Margaret
Juve, Washougal and Mrs. Mabel Carroll,
Camas; a brother, Stephen Douglas
Clarkston, Wn.; sister Ruby Pressnell,
Spokane; 16 grand-children and 14 great
grandchildren.

Son: Everett Berreman, b. 9 Jan 1918, Idaho, d. 8 Sep 1979 Spokane, Spokane, Washington
