He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Casner, one daughter Mary C. Ussery, one son Thomas S. Casner.
He is survived by two sons, William E. Casner and wife Bobbye of Houston, Texas, Howard W. Casner of Los Angeles, California; one son-in-law, Dave Ussery of Corpus Christi, Texas; four grandchildren: Beverly Ussery of Corpus Christi, Texas, Van and Natalie Ussery of Rosmond, California, Jerrold and Rene Casner of Houston, Texas, Jason and Catherine (Casner) Pyle of Houston, Texas; great grandchildren: Corey Jordan and Noah Garcia of Corpus Christi Texas, Gabrielle and Krista Casner, Heathern Wilson, Hunter, Melody and Slade Pyle all of Houston, Texas, Alannah Catherine Ussery, Megan and Annie Cummings, all of Rosmond California.
He will be dearly missed by all that loved him especially his granddaughter Beverly Ussery and daughter-in-law Bobbye Casner.
