Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 29, 2008 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church,219 2nd St. N., Sartell for Robert "Bob" Kloss, age 74, of St. Joseph who died Tuesday at his home. Rev. Lauren Germann will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. Friday at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, 324 2nd Ave. S., Sauk Rapids and one hour prior to the services Saturday at the church. St. Cloud East Side VFW Post 4847 will pray at 6:00 p.m., followed by St. Cloud Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 622 at 6:30 p.m., and Sartell American Legion Post 277 at 7:00 p.m. all Sunday at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret of St. Joseph; daughters and sons, Michelle (Tom) Theisen of Buckman, Michael of Minneapolis, Karen (Jeff) Schultz of Savage, Steven of Buffalo, and Eric (Dana) of St. Michael; brother, John (Delores) of St. Cloud; gra Bob was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Richard.

Robert "Bob" Kloss was born Jan. 19, 1934 in Rice to John & Ann (Wollak) Kloss. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. Bob married Margaret Skaalerud on May 9, 1959 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in St. Cloud. He lived in the Sartell/St. Cloud area most of his life. Bob worked for St. Regis/Champion Paper Co. in Sartell for 41 years, was the owner/operator of his own upholstery shop, and did the upholstery work for Hennen Furniture. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where he was an usher, Sartell American Legion Post 277, St. Cloud East Side VFW Post 4847, and St. Cloud Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 622. Bob enjoyed his many summers of golf and spending time with his grandchildren.
