Mable Elizabeth Blanchard was born April 25, 1964 in Port Townsend, Washington to her father Russell Neil Rooker and mother Mae Elizabeth Rose.

She graduated from Royal High School in 1982. She is the mother of JoAnna Blanchard, AZ and Zak (Kimber) Blanchard, ID. Mable was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and through the church became a large supporter of the Boy Scouts of America program. She loved sharing her delicious food in several capacities, primarily at Scout Camps. She always helped those in need, and offered her services to any who asked.

Mable passed away April 27, 2017 in a car accident. To all who could ask her how she’s doing now she’d respond with her usual “I’m having a great time!”
