Fred Bidinger was born Aug. 29, 1905, in St. Cloud to Nicholas and Mary (Schmidt) Bidinger. He married Loret-ta Theisen June 1, 1931, in St. Mary's Cathedral and had been employed as an equipment operator by Burlington Northern Railroad more than 30 years before retiring in 1970. He was a lifetime resident of LeSauk Township, Stearns County, and member of St. Francis Xavier Parish, Sartell.
Survivors include sons and daughters, Gene and Mrs. Ken (Mary Ann) Pietron, Sartell; Mrs. Marvin (Marcella) Traut, St. Joseph; Mrs. Lee (LaVerne) Kruchten and Robert, St. Cloud; brothers and sisters, Ray and Art, Sauk Rapids; Mrs. Florence Feddema, St. Cloud; Mrs. Josephine Prom, St. Joseph; 26 grandchildren; and 21 greatgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife March 3, 1959; and brothers, Joe, Otto and Harry.
