Priscilla went to nursing school and earned her degree. Priscilla met her husband, James in Santa Fé and moved to Los Angeles, CA where her two oldest sons were born. After moving back to Albuquerque, she gave birth to her third son, Adrian.
Priscilla retired as an Albuquerque Public School nurse.
Priscilla a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on May 4, 2017 with her family by her side.
Priscilla is survived by her husband, Jimmy Abeyta, sons, David Abeyta and close friend, Jeannette Gonzáles and Bryan Abeyta and his wife, Kristalee, brother, Jerry Sánchez, granddaughter, Mariahlee Abeyta and many other extended family members.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her son, Adrian Abeyta.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 12, 2017 from 9:45 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5215 Fortuna Rd. NW, with a Rosary to follow at 10:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San José de Armijo Cemetery.
