Dr. A.J. Shutt, a well known and popular physician of Auburn, Ind., died Saturday morning at his country home near that place, of heart disease. He was a brother of Dr. J.M. Shutt.

For some years he has not been actively practicing medicine, owing to advancing years and ill health. He was the manufacturer of a line of family medicines which are very popular in this locality.

Mr. Shutt was one of the leading democrats of DeKalb County.
