Thomas Michael Adams age 75 of Mine Fork Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born September 25, 1941 at Mine Fork, Kentucky to the late Rex and Mattie Conley Adams. He was the husband of Madonna Connelley Adams, who survives.
Survivors also include two daughters, Sarah Beth (Kevin) Howard, and Anna Grace (David) Gibson both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Gerry Neil Adams of Staffordsville, Kentucky, and four grandchildren, Kyle Thomas Howard, Katie Elizabeth Howard, Ryan David Gibson, and Brett Michael Gibson.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Sunday, May 7, 2017 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Ben Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home after 5 pm Saturday, May 6, 2017, and anytime Sunday prior to funeral services.
There will be Masonic Rites Given at 6 pm Saturday by the Salyersville Masonic Lodge #769 F & AM.
There will be Military Rites given by the Salyersville DAV Chapter 15 the day of services.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Salyersville First Baptist Church.
