Mark Gerald Larsen, 41, of Ogden, Utah passed away peacefully on April 27, 2017 from prolonged health complications.
Mark was born in Brigham City, Utah on June 11, 1975 to Gerald and Pauline Larsen. He was raised in Honeyville, UT.

Mark graduated from Box Elder High School and then attended Utah State University. He served as an LDS missionary in the California Santa Rosa (Tagalog speaking) Mission. Mark enjoyed employment at Arnell-West, Inc. and Lee's Marketplace.

Mark had many talents including photography and cooking. Many associated Mark with his love for Honeycrisp apples and he took great joy in preparing food for those he loved. Mark was also a talented writer and touched many with his insightful words.

Mark was an avid sports fan and had a special place in his heart for Utah State Aggies. Above all, Mark was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved spending time with his family while playing a game of cards and eating delicious food.

Mark is survived by his sister Linda (Lonnie) Kimbell, nieces Kayla (Shaun) Oaks, grand niece and nephew Lucy and Fisher, Carly (Kirk) Walden, and nephew Austin Kimbell as well as other family and friends.

Mark is preceded in death by his father Gerald Larsen, mother Pauline Larsen, and sister Lisa Larsen.

The funeral services will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Honeyville 1st Ward Chapel, 2620 W. 6980 N., Honeyville. Viewings will be held Friday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City and Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Church.

Burial will follow the funeral at the Honeyville Cemetery.
