David Davis, age 73, of Oak Hill passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at his home. He was born February 23, 1944 to the late Edward and Vergie (Angel) Davis.
He is survived by his siblings, Frank Davis, of Oak Hill, John Davis, of Oak Hill, Isaac Davis, of Plain City, Ohio, Gloria Howell, of Oak Hill, Eddie Davis, of Phoenix, Arizona, Bob Davis, of Coalton, Ohio and Morgan Davis, of Lima, Ohio, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Tom Davis, Darla Perry, Melissa Davis and Stanley Davis.
David was an avid fan of the Oak Hill Oaks football team and enjoyed watching the Oaks play.
Friends may call Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 12-1 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. A graveside service will immediately follow in C.M. Cemetery with Rev. Fred Crabtree officiating.
