Williston, July 11-Special-Mrs. Doskey Driggers, 59, of Springfield, died at her home at 9:30 last night following an illness of over two years.
She was a member of the Free Will Baptist church near Springfield.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Driggers of Springfield; one daughter Mrs. Lucille Yon of Springfield; three sons, Burnell and Bronson Driggers of Blackville; three sisters, Mrs. Polly Jeffers of Columbia, Mrs. Dovie Jeffords[sic], of Blackville and Mrs. Betsy Padgett of Augusta; 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Tuesday from the graveside in the Springfield cemetery by the Rev. J.S. Land of Blackville.
