Eldon was born on October 29, 1936, in Jack County, Texas, to the late Woodrow Raymond Marsh and Iva Lois (King) Marsh. He was a lifelong resident of Young County. He attended TV School in Ft. Worth after graduating from high school. Eldon was known as “the snow cone man” around Olney, Seymour and Newcastle. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Bonnie Stamford, a brother, L.D. Marsh, and a grandson, Eric Dean Marsh.
Eldon is survived by one son, Kevin Ray Marsh and wife Janice of Olney; two daughters, Melody Sue Kerns and husband Doug of Cleburne, and Kimberly Diane Anzaldua of Olney; eight grandchildren, Raven Ray Marsh, Tyson Morrow, Kevin Ray Marsh, Jr., Nick Castro, Joe Castro, Amanda Anzaldua, Juan Anzaldua and Jasmine Anzaldua; one sister, O’Neta Moore; and multiple nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren
