Harvey Eugene Morgan, aged 90, passed away on September 7, 2015, in Marysville, CA.

Harvey was born to Henry Cicero and Lydia Lorene on 11-25-24 in Elk City, Oklahoma. He went to high school in Canute, OK. He graduated as Chief Petty Officer at Columbia University in Missouri and served on the USS Elkhorn.

Harvey married Fay Rene White in 1946, and they had lived in Oregon and California most of their married lives. Later, Harvey met and married Linda Wright living most of their years together in Linda, CA.

Harvey was preceded in death by his first wife, Fay Rene, daughter Joyce Hudgins, and two sisters Leona Gadberry and Della Mae Hubbard.

He is survived by 5 siblings, Vera Faye Zellar (CA), Betty Jo Mosely (CA), Paul Morgan (MO), Elaine Reynolds (CA) and Curtis Morgan (WA).

He is survived by 4 children: George Morgan (Philadelphia, NY), Janifer Anderson (Boise, Idaho), Bryan Anderson (Harrison, Arkansas), and Patrcia Fay Palladino (Hayfork, CA).

He is survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 35 great-great-grandchildren most residing in Arkansas, California, and New York.

Harvey said he had a healthy, comfortable, happy life. He never lost his sense of humor and laughed every day until he slipped into a coma. He never met a stranger, always had a smile and a cheerful word for every situation. He was an amazing intelligent man, a kind mentor, a friend to many, and he will be sorely missed by family and friends.
