FROM THE LAUDERDALE COUNTY ENTERPRISE, March 14, 1930.

Mr. Henry Watson Burns, 36, son of J.W. Burns, was killed Wednesday afternoon when dynamiting stumps on on the F.P. Ferguson farm in the Mississippi Bottom. The remains were laid to rest Thursday afternoon. He is survived by his wife and several children.

DEATH CERTIFICATE INFORMATION:

Son of J.W. and Rena Haynes Burns. He was a farmer and married to Bessie Lou Burns when he died. The cause of death was an accidental dynamite explosion. His wife, of Ripley, was the informant on the Death Certificate. No physician was in attendance. Burgess and Peters was noted as the Undertaker.
