Delmar Marvin Howard, age 83 of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017. He was born in Sevier County on September 3, 1933. He enjoyed fishing and whittling. Delmar loved his family dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Drexel Howard; brothers, Willis, Vestal, Truman, and Carl Howard; sister, June; and great grandson, Dakhota "Cody".

Wife: Dortha Howard; Son and Daughter-in-law: Dennis and Connie Howard; Daughter and Son-in-law: Marvina and Jerry Brannam; Grandchildren: Chris and Alisa Howard and their children, Jacob and Matthew; Amanda and Galyon Butler and their children, Michael, Mackenzie, and Matthew; Sam Brannam; Rebekah and Tony Cox; Thomas and Lisa Brannam and their children, Rayvn, Lakhota, Crimson, and Gracie; Brother and Sister-in-law: Benny and Kay Howard; Sister: Colleen Seagle; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday, April 26th with funeral service following at 7 PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Dino Bray officiating. Interment 10 AM Thursday in Howard's View Cemetery.
