William Henry Canary married Mary Oravecz in 1919. She had a son Roland Ferdinand Oravetz and a daughter Betty Elizabeth Oravetz Cooley from a previous marriage and there were 3 sons born of this marriage, Frank, Fred and Jimmy Canary. They lived for 20 years in the Tuttle, Oklahoma area and he was a cotton farmer. They later moved to Del City, were he worked at Tinker Air Force Base. They later moved to Oklahoma City, where Mr. Canary died in the Veterans Hospital of a massive heart attack. He was a veteran of World War I. He is buried in Resthaven Cemetery.
