ROSE GUAY
Rose Jerome was born June 14, 1863, at St. Louis de Gorzaque, Canada and when one year old she moved, with her family, to Dennemora, New York where they made their home for 11 years. In 1875 they moved to Malone, New York for two years and then to Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and it was there that she was united in marriage to Charles H. Guay on October 2, 1881.
In 1891 Mr. and Mr. Guay came to the Flathead to make their home and Mr. Guay passed away in 1910.
Mrs. Guay is survived by six sons: George of Kalispell; Fred of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Frank of Eugene, Oregon; Paul of Centralia, Washington; Albert of Maryland, and Louis of Orting, Washington. She is also survived by two daughters, Mrs. Rose Miller of Kalispell and Rosanna Lewis also of Kalispell, 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
