He was born to Ruby and Ralph Lane in Stillwater, Oklahoma, March 24, 1949. Allan was 68 years of age.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Lane of Rocky Ford, Colorado; sons, Roy Thomas of La Junta, Colorado, Allan (Ellen) Lane of Pueblo West, Colorado, Tristan Lane of Rocky Ford, Colorado; daughters, Gina of La Junta, Colorado, Samantha Cummings of Topeka, Kansas; stepchildren, George, Felicia and Billy Mclean; grandchildren, Alexander, Curtis, Christopher and Caleb; brother, Ralph (Yvette) Lane of Ulysses, Kansas; sister, Cheryl Fief of La Junta, Colorado; several nieces, nephews, half-sisters and half-brothers.
He was preceded in death by his brother Larry Lane, parents, Ralph and Ruby Lane.
Rockey loved playing poker and board games, especially Yahtzee. Rockey was a jokester. He was a truck driver for over 40 years. Rockey enjoyed raising his little boy Tristan and it gave him a new meaning of life. Most of all he loved his family. He will be greatly missed.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 24, 2017, at the Fairview Cemetery in La Junta, Colorado.
