CLARENDON- Funeral Services for Samuel Lee Ramsey, 87, will
be conducted at 4 pm today in the Murphy Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. J.V. Patterson, former pastor of the First United Methodist Church officiating.
Buriel will be in Citizens Cemetery.
Mr. Ramsey died in the Plains Convalescent Home in Borger at
2:45 am Thursday.
He was born September 28, 1885 in Oklahoma. He had been a grocer in Channing before entering the grocery business in Clarendon.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Oliver of McAllster, Oklahoma; Mrs. Mattie Bullard of Watsonville, California, and Mrs. Maude James of Lincoln, Ark., and one grandson.

Samuel died from cerebral vascular accident and hypertension.
He died at the North Plains Hospital in Borger, TX.
