Enid L. Moore

Enid L. Moore, age 84, of Buhl, Mom, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, passed away Monday, May 29, 2000, at the Twin Falls Clinic & Hospital.

Enid was born September 10, 1915, in Burley, Idaho, the daughter of Charles and Hazel Bailey Stallings. She moved to Buhl in 1930, where she met and married Bethel A. Moore on May 8, 1934. The couple resided in Buhl, and for many years. Mrs. Moore drove a school bus, a senior citizen's bus, and worked in dry cleaning. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1973. Enid loved traveling to Alaska with her sisters. Her hobbies included needlework, camping and playing cards with friends.

Survivors include a daughter, Rae Dene (Glen) Fox of Filer, two sons, Allen Eugene (Doris) Moore of Chandler, Ariz., and Gary L. (Charlene) Moore of Bellevue; 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, sisters, Blanche Sherwin of Buhl, Faye Freeman of Ketchikan, Alaska, Bertha Hall of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Phylis Etsell of Sagamere, Mass., a brother, Rex Stallings of Salt Lake City, Utah; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by by three sisters, Della Hoffman, Beatrice Stallings and Betty Black; and a brother, Donald Stallings.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 3, 2000, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Main Street in Buhl. Interment will be in West End Cemetery. Arrangements are by Farmer Funeral Chapel in Buhl.
