Jack James Age 65, of Des Moines, Iowa, and formerly of Watkins Glen, NY, died peacefully at home May 20, 2004. The family will receive friends Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen; funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home; followed with burial at Sugar Hill Cemetery, Watkins Glen; full military honors to be accorded. Born April 14, 1939 to Lynn Sr. and Genevieve Ameigh, in Burdett, NY; he served in the United States Army. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Maria Edemia (Eddie); sons, Jose Lynn and Jose Clemente; brothers, Frank and Lee; sisters, Mary Bartlett and Velma Grover. He was formerly employed by Central Asphalt and R&L Perry Construction, before he retired from poor health.
