MRS. RAYMOND DIAL
Mrs. Mary Beatrice Dial, 63, resident of 470 Garfield Ave., widow of Raymond Dial, died at 9:10 a. m. Monday in Newark Hospital. She underwent surgery a few days ago.
A resident of Newark since 1900, she was born in Wheeling, W. Va., in November 1898, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Higgins) Driscoll. Her husband preceded her in death in 1944, and surviving are four sons: Kenneth F. Dial and John E. Dial of the home, James C. Dial of Glenford and Robert Dial of Columbus; also four grandchildren; two brothers, Neil Driscoll and James Driscoll, both of Columbus. A brother died several weeks ago.
Mrs. Dial was a member of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, and calling hours at the Egan Funeral Home have not been arranged.
