FayEtta Allred, 88, of Central, AZ, entered into eternal rest on April 3, 2017 in Palm Springs, CA. She was born April 17, 1928 in Central, AZ to John Edward Norton, Jr. & Sylvia Pearl Cluff Norton.

She graduated from Thatcher High School and enjoyed reading, embroidery, sewing and serving her family. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and throughout the years served in many capacities in the Primary, Young Women and Relief Society. In her later years, she served as a full-time senior missionary in the Illinois Peoria Mission.

FayEtta is survived by her children; Glenna Hanson (James) of Tempe, AZ, Allan Howard (Mary) of Burlington, WY, Evelyn Earven (Dale) of Duncan, AZ, Rudd Howard (Laurie) of La Quinta, CA and Marietta Berryhill (Dick) of Central, AZ, 25 grandchildren, 79 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lavar Pete Allred, her parents John Edward & Sylvia Pearl Norton, her three siblings; Milton Edward Norton, Orthella Norton Vaughn and Thad Cluff Norton, 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 8:30 until 9:30 A.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Pima Stake Center in Pima, AZ. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be in the Thatcher Cemetery, Thatcher, AZ.
