Dolores Marie Burden Harvey Bowling, 88, went to be with her Lord on Friday April 14, 2017.

She was a graduate of Central High School where she was Head Majorette and attended Edmonson Business College. She was a volunteer with the American Heart Association for over twenty years and was retired from K & M Jewelry Co. of Providence, R. I., where she was a buyer.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rossville for many years and served as secretary of WMU Class. She was also the 'dessert lady' for the church Wednesday night dinners.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Mother, Nelle Greenway Burden Bagby, father, John W. Burden and stepfather, H. Clay Bagby. Husbands, H. E. (Bud) Harvey and William Glenn Bowling, and brother, Jon D. Bagby.

She is survived by daughter, Sherry Harvey Poole (John) and sons, Walter L. (Butch) Harvey (Robbie) and Tracy L. Harvey (Judy), all of Chattanooga, Granddaughters, Rachel Harvey Foster (Steven), Jenny Poole Havron-Miller (Felix), Rebekah (Becky) Poole and Jordan E. Harvey. Great grandsons Chandler L. Harvey, William Sam Havron, IV., and Christian Harvey-James and great granddaughter, Leighton E. Miller, all of Chattanooga.

Funeral services will be on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Paul Williams officiating and burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 to 2 PM the day of the service at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Rd.
