Mrs Carl Tetting, 66, died Thursday at her home in the Town of Wescott after a prolonged illness of more than a year's duration.
Mrs Tetting, nee Ida Behnke, was born in Reedsville, Manitowoc County on 06 Feb1866 and came to Shawano in 1904 locating in the Town of Wescott. She was married in 1885 to Carl Tetting.
Ten children were born to this union, 3 of whom survive. They are William Tetting and Mrs Adolph (Elsie) Giese, Shawano; and Mrs Floyd (Loraine) Anderson, Amberg. She also leaves her husband; four brothers; all of whom reside at Reedsville; twenty grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the home Saturday with Rev Grauer of Peace Church officiating. Burial took place at the Woodlawn Cemetery with Emil Brandt, John Brandt, Louis Seeloff, Fred Ziemer, Adolph Jantz and Albert Winters acting as pallbearers.
