MRS. OPAL WATERS


Funeral service for Mrs. Opal Waters, 28, of 607 East Esther Street, who died Monday in a local hospital, will be held today at 1:30 P. M. in the Mottell Chapel, Third Street and Alamitos Avenue.


Although Mrs. Waters was a native of Iowa she had lived most of her life in California. She came to Long Beach sixteen years ago and was a student at Poly High School.


Surviving are the widower, H. E. (Jack) Waters; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen E. Potter, 1775 Lime Avenue; three sisters, Mrs. Donald Lazenby and Mrs. George Crews of Long Beach, and Mrs. Warren L. Ashleigh of Corona; brothers, Lloyd V. and Stanley E. Potter.
