Services for Bert R. Freday, 67, of 1412 W. Millman St., who died yesterday at Oak Hill Sanitarium at Mackinaw, will be Wednesday, with burial in Springdale Cemetery.
Mr. Freday had been a Peoria resident for 15 years. Born March 16, 1899 at Plainfield, Wis., he was the son of John and Anna Freday. He married Alice Caldwell, April 1, 1921, at Hannibal, Mo., and she died in Peoria Aug. 5, 1955.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Walter (Cleo) Lockard of Peoria, one brother, Arthur Freday of Hannibal; and a sister, Mrs. Rose Wilson, also of Hannibal.
Mr. Freday was employed by the International Shoe Co. of Hannibal for 26 years.
