Dale Lee McCammon, 39, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away Monday, January 2, 2012 at his companions' residence in Wheatland, Indiana.
He was born in Sullivan, Indiana on January 14, 1972 the son of Jack McCammon and Patricia Trimble McCammon.
Dale was preceded in death by his father, one daughter; Casey Lynn McCammon, and his companion of 17 years; Janet Lee Stalker who passed away Monday, January 2, 2012.
Survivors include his mother; Patricia McCammon of Sullivan, Indiana, four sisters; Debbie Boone of Sullivan, Indiana, Tammy Burr of Carlisle, Indiana, Kim Owings of Carlisle, Indiana, and Jodee Minks of Sullivan, Indiana and his four legged babies; Sassy Sue and Abby.
Funeral services will be at 7:00PM Friday, January 6, 2012 at Banks and Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Rev. Eddie Hammond officiating.
Cremation is scheduled and private burial at Center Ridge Cemetery will take place at a later date.
