Thomas M. Jones
Thomas Minitree Jones, 79, who resided In Roanoke at 824 Jamison Ave., S.E., died in a Roanoke hospital Monday, May 25, 1964. He was a son of the late Thomas M. Jones and wife, of Grayson County, who resided
on the Galax - Independence Highway and near New River Just west of Riverside.
Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Lou Jones two sons, Blair M. Jones, High point, N.C., and Donald E. Jones, Washinmgton, D.C. three daughters, Mrs. E. Lawrence Barnard, Martinsville Mrs. Rosine J. Brogan, Roanoke, and Mrs. M.L. Wigginton, Richmond, two brothers, Fred K. Jones, Rt. 2, Fries, and James B. Jones, Chicago, 111. one half brother, Robert F. Faulkner, Roanoke, and four sisters, Mrs. Rose Carico, Van Nuys, Calif. Mrs. John M. Calloway, Galax Mrs. Madge
Isaacs, Richmond, and Mrs. Cella Troy, High Point, N.C.
Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, at Oakey's Funeral Home Chapel, Roanoke. Interment was In Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
