Mrs. Luella Blust, 71, of 515 N. Elizabeth St., widow of Edward Blust, died at 5:20 p.m., Sunday at St. Rita's Hospital after an illness of 10 days.

Mrs. Blust was born April 13, 1885, in St. Stevens, Ohio, and moved to Lima in 1911. Her husband died in 1948.

She was a member of the St. Rose Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Society of the church, and the Third Order of St. Dominic.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Mildred Kaufmann, Detroit; Mrs. Blanche Moore, Lima; Mrs. Bernice Moore, Lima; Mrs. Naomi Lyshak, Detroit; six sons, Norman, Lima; Edward, Jr., Long Beach, Calif.; Ralph, Lima; Vincent, St. Louis, Mo.; Francis, Lima, a pressman at the Lima News; and Robert, Cincinnati; 27 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. Cornelia Schmidt, Olpe, Kans.; Mrs. Stella Blust, a twin, Tiffin; and Mrs. Martha McMahon, Zephyr Hills, Fla.; and a brother, Harry Phillips, Attica.
