Ethel W. Estep Sleight was born 18 Feb 1890 in Pennsylvania to James Estep II and Jeanne (Jennie) Marshall. She married Winfield Sleight 16 Aug 1916 and had one son, Frederick, in 1918. She and Winfield moved to Florida from Corning, New York and after living several places in the state, they settled in Mt. Dora. Their home for many years was on Heim Road in Sylvan Shores and they later moved to a new home on Overlook Drive.
