Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev Marion Dry officiating. A native of Great Falls SC he was the son of the late John Carrick Dail and Pettus Ratteree Dail. He was graduated from Great Falls High School Great Falls SC and the University of SC School of Pharmacy. He served in the US Army and was the owner of Smith's Rexall Drug Store in Anderson SC for several years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge of Anderson as well as Mt Zion Baptist Church in Great Falls, SC. He was preceded in death by his son John Russell Dail. He is survived by his wife Vivian T. Dail of Ridgeway SC and a sister Aline Dail Poteat of Whiteville NC.
