Mrs. Elizabeth Ann (Sis) Tucker, 46, of Redway died in a Eureka hospital following a long illness. She was born September 16, 1913, in San Francisco and had resided in the area for the past 24 years.

Mrs. Tucker was a member of the Garberville Civic Club, past president and a life member of the Garberville PTA, member of the 4-H Club, Future Farmers of Humboldt County, the Cow Belles, and active in the foreign student committee of the Rotary Club. She was also a correspondent for the Eureka Newspapers and chairman of the Livestock Auction committee of the Humboldt County Fair.

She is survived by her husband, Harold (Ted) Tucker of Garberville; children, Kirk, Suzanne and Bruce Tucker of Garberville; mother, Mrs. Grace Ann Bisby and brother, Wilfred E. Bixby, both of San Francisco; brother-in-law, Lyle Wagers of Oakland; nephews, Wilfred E. Bixby of West Detroit, Michigan, and William Wagers of San Leandro, Jerry Wagers of Seattle; and a niece, Miss Betty Spruance of San Leandro.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Pierce Mortuary, with Father Richard Tumilly if Garberville officiating. Incryptment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
